About the Workspaces module The Workspaces module allows you to create shared spaces for collaboration. Account tab Users with access to the Account tab can add and track clients, projects and module-specific entities. All modules include the Account tab, and all entities within the Account tab are potentially accessible in all modules. Please note, however, that users with account tab access may not have permission to view and/or modify certain account entities. Account tab entities that pertain to Workspaces: Users and Document Categories. Workspaces tab The Workspaces tab lists the workspaces and associated links. Create | Modify | Delete | Dashboard | Documents | Discussions | Search | Edit | Members | Alerts | Links Documents tab The Documents tab allows you to track the documents pertaining to all the workspaces to which you belong. Discussions tab The Discussions tab allows you to track on-going, active discussions within all workspaces to which you belong. Reports tab You can access all available reports across all modules by clicking on the Reports tab. Options tab Clicking on the Options tab shows you the "Account Storage" sub-tab field, which tracks how much allocated space you've used to store documents and attachments. |
