My Calendar

My calendar provides a snapshot of a User's Bookings, Schedule requests, and/or Task assignments depending on the User and Account settings. Bookings can be viewed if a User has access to the Resources module. Schedule requests can be viewed if the User has access to the TimeSheets module, and the "enable schedule requests" feature is selected in the Timesheets section of Company settings. Task assignments can be viewed if a User has access to the Projects module.

You can customize the information displayed on the My calendar screen. Choose a starting date from the dropdown menu in the upper left of the screen. Choose to view information daily, weekly, or monthly from the dropdown menu in the upper right of the screen. Choose to show Bookings, Schedule requests, and/or Task assignments by checking the appropriate boxes. The daily view displays details for each of these. Additional details can be seen by clicking the link in the "Summary" column.
