The Company tab
.
The Company tab contains most of the dialogs whose information and settings apply on a company-wide basis to your OpenAir.com account.

Please note: Users must have access permission to view and/or make changes to dialogs found in the Company tab. Also note that some users may not have permission to view and/or make changes to certain sub-tabs or dialogs.

Sub-tabs:

Company > Demographics is where you maintain the demographic information about your company (such as address, phone number, principal email address, etc.).

Company > Logos allows you to add your company logo to viewable and printable documents you prepare for your clients.

The Company > Settings dialog contains numerous settings for customizing your OpenAir.com account functions and dialogs.

Company > Schedule is where you enter your company's overall regular work schedule (for example, 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday), and where you can designate exceptions to that schedule, such as holidays. This schedule is entered as the default for each user in your company (although each user's schedule can be modified on an individual basis in Account > User > User name > Schedule).

Company > Terminology allows you to customize the words you use in your OpenAir.com account (for example, for the default term "client," you can choose to substitute the word "customer" or some other term that may better reflect your company's clientele).

Company > Custom fields allows you to create fields in which to enter additional information (for example, fields for social security or other worker ID numbers). You can add custom fields to a wide variety of dialogs.

Company > Currency rates allows you to change the default rate for a given foreign currency (the default rate is "today's" rate).

Company > My charges is where account administrators can see the terms of their agreement with OpenAir.com, as well as any charges accrued.

Company > Auto-billable Rules allows you to create rules for the automatic billing of timesheets and expenses. (Note that in order to see this link, you must have enabled the "Automatically bill time assigned to a client when a timesheet is approved" check box and/or the "Automatically bill time assigned to a client when an envelope is approved" check box on the Company > Settings dialog box.)
