The Exchange tab The Exchange tab has three sub-tabs: Import/Export, Add-on Services, and Automatic backup service. The Import/Export sub-tab contains links and instructions for importing and exporting OpenAir.com account data. Specific Import/Export instructions for: Account data | Batch data Please contact support@openair for information on exchanging data between OpenAir and other applications, such as Palm™, Peachtree®, Intuit® QuickBooks, and Outlook®. Add-on Services is where users can download: OpenAir OffLine, which enables them to do basic record-keeping functions while not connected to the web; OpenAir for the Palm Computing® Platform, for users of Palm™ hand-held and Palm™-compatible devices; OpenAir for the PocketPC® for users of PocketPC™ hand-held and PocketPC™-compatible devices; OpenAir for the Blackberry® OpenAir Outlook Connector for users of Microsoft® Outlook; and OpenAir Projects Connector, for users of Microsoft® Project; and where users can find out about the Intacct® web-based accounting system.* Automatic backup service is where you can choose to receive a copy of your account data and Workspaces documents at a time interval of your choosing. Data can be delivered as compressed ZIP-format file via email or can be sent to an FTP server. (Note: There is an additional fee for this service; please see My Account > Company > My Charges > Service Plan.) Users can choose to have the automatic backup service encrypt the ZIP file using their PGP public key.
