The Guides tab

The Guides tab gives users access to the most current versions of
all existing OpenAir.com manuals, including the Complete Guide to OpenAir.com,
the OpenAir for Palm™ User Guide, the OpenAir Project Connector Guide,
and the OpenAir OffLine User Guide.

To view a user guide:

1. In the My Account module, click on the Guides tab, and then on the
"User Guides" or "Add-on Services Guides" sub-tab.

2. Double-click on either the name icon or the link for the guide
you want to view. (Note: You need to have Adobe® Acrobat Reader® installed
in order to view any user guides; if you do not have Acrobat Reader, a
download link is provided in the Tips section below the bottom taskbar.)

3. Use the "print" command in Acrobat Reader to print a hardcopy of the
selected user guide, if desired.

Important: If you have trouble viewing any user guide while on-line,
right-click on its link and download it to your computer before viewing it
with Adobe Acrobat Reader. Or you can go into Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader
and change a setting which will then open pdf files (in Internet Explorer)
in Adobe Reader or Acrobat instead of in the browser window. (Netscape opens
pdf files in this manner by default.)
To configure Acrobat or Acrobat Reader to open pdf files:

1. Exit from Internet Explorer or AOL.

2. Start Acrobat or Acrobat Reader.

3. Choose Edit > Preferences > General (Acrobat 5.0 or Acrobat Reader 5.0) or choose File > Preferences > General (Acrobat 4.x or Acrobat Reader 4.x).

4. In the Options section, deselect Display PDF in Browser (Acrobat 5.0 or Acrobat Reader 5.0) or deselect Web Browser Integration (Acrobat 4.x or Acrobat Reader 4.x).

5. Click OK, and then exit from Acrobat or Acrobat Reader.

6. Restart Internet Explorer or AOL.

Note: The next time you select a link to a PDF file in Internet Explorer and AOL, a
dialog box will prompt you to specify what to do with the file. If you select
"Open this file from its current location," Internet Explorer and AOL will open the
PDF file in Acrobat version 4.0 or higher or Acrobat Reader version 4.0 or higher
in a separate window. If you select "Save this file to disk," Internet Explorer
will save the PDF file to your hard disk.
