Account > Users > [User ID] > Demographic > Line manager Other user links: Access control | Schedule | Cost | Proxy | Filter Sets Select a line manager for a user in the demographic form. The user's line manager can be notified via email when a user/resource is booked to a project. In My Account > Company > Settings > Resources options, check the box to "Notify line manager of booked resource whan a booking is added, modified or deleted." If the account uses booking types, there is an option to "Suppress booking notifications to manager of booked resource for this booking type" on the booking type form. This can be accessed from My Account > Account > Resources > Booking types > [select booking type]. The term "line manager" can be changed in the Terminology form.
