OpenAir.com Support OpenAir.com provides several means of support for our customers: the Support tab, on-line help, viewable and downloadable user guides, specific hints and page tips, a responsive Support Department, and answers to Frequently Asked Questions (as part of the on-line help). The Support tab Clicking on the global-level Support tab (located on the right-hand side of all module pages) takes you to the "Jump start," "Contact us," and "Share the advantage" sub-tabs. "Jump start" gives brief directions on using the main feature(s) of the OpenAir.com service you're currently in. "Contact us" produces a form that gives you a quick means of contacting our Support Department about a bug, a problem, or a suggestion. "Share the advantage" gives you an easy way to tell your friends and associates about OpenAir.com. On-line Help The "Help" link (the right-most link in the modules line at the very top of every OpenAir.com page) will take you to the Help Index for whichever service you are in at the time; each Index contains links to the other modules' Help Indexes, as well as to all available FAQs. My Account > Guides The illustrated OpenAir.com User Guide provides comprehensive documentation for all OpenAir.com service features currently available; other manuals include OpenAir for Palm User Guide, and the OpenAir OffLine User Guide. To access the user guides, go to the My Account module, click on the "Guides' tab and then click on the link of the guide you want to view. You can view and/or print a hardcopy of any guide by using Adobe Acrobat Reader (version 3.0 or higher; you will need version 4.0 or higher to take advantage of the Guide's internal navigation features). A link to download Adobe Acrobat can be found below the bottom taskbar. Hints and page tips Many OpenAir.com pages have helpful, page-specific tips located below the bottom grey bar. Generally, these tips are useful reminders of how to enter data into a particular page's dialogs or fields. Some dialogs also include tips beneath specific fields.
