My Options > Preferences > Change your preferences > Time settings

When you are working out of town, you may want to change from the company's default time zone to the local time zone. To change the company default time zone to the local time zone:

1. Click on the My Options tab, and then on the Preferences sub-tab.

2. Select the new time zone from the drop-down menu in the "Time Settings" field. (All of the world's time zones are available in this menu.)

3. If the new locality observes Daylight Saving Time, check the "Adjust for Daylight Saving Time" box.

4. Click on "Save."

To change a user's time zone setting:
(Users with access permission only)

1. Click on the Account tab, and then on the Users link.
.
2. Click on the name of the user whose time zone needs changing.

3. Go to the "Time zone" field at the bottom of the "Edit - [User name]" form.

4. Enter the new time zone from the drop-down menu. (All of the world's time zones are available in this menu.)

5. If the new locality observes Daylight Saving Time, check the "Adjust for Daylight Saving Time" box.

5. Click on "Save."

Important: Be sure to readjust the time zone upon return or relocation.
