Prospects > Create a Client from a Prospect To create a client from a prospect: 1. In the Account tab, click on "Clients" and then on the name of the prospect you wish to convert into a client. Or if you are in the Prospects tab, click on the "Prospects" link, and then on the name of the prospect. Click on the "Edit" link. 2. In the "Edit demographic information" dialog box, deselect the "Prospect" check box. 3. Click the "Save" button.
