Company > Settings > Enable task assignments at the project level

Enabling task assignments at the project level lets you override the project default
resource assignments at the task level. If this feature is enabled, you can also view
project assignees in project lists.

To enable task assignments at the project level:

1. Click on the "My Account" tab.

2. Click on the "Company" sub-tab.

3. Click on the "Settings" sub-tab.

4. Scroll to the "Projects Options" section and check the "Enable task assignments at the project level" box.

Once this feature is enabled, you can assign a resource to a project as follows:

1. Click on the "Projects" tab.

2. Click on the "Projects" sub-tab.

3. Click on the name of a project.

4. Click on the "Assignments" sub-tab.

5. Select the users you want to be included in the task assignments and click "Save".

You can override the assignments at the task level as follows:

1. Click on the "Projects" tab.

2. Click on the "Projects" sub-tab.

3. Click on the name of a project.

4. Click on the name of a task.

5. Scroll down to the "Assignments" section and make sure the "Use the project assignments"
box is unchecked.

6. Select the users you want to be included in the task assignments and click "Save".
