Projects > [Name of project] > Gantt view (TimeLine) A Gantt view (sometimes called a timeline) provides a graphic means of visualizing the time requirements for each task and phase within a project. To see a Gantt view of your project:* 1. Click on the "Projects" tab. 2. Click on the Project name in the list. 3. Click on the "Gantt view" link. Phase durations are indicated by darker blue lines; task durations are indicated by lighter blue lines. Completed portions of phases and tasks are indicated by solid lines; incomplete portions show a white line in the center of the phase or task line. The critical path displays in purple. The critical path highlights those tasks that must be completed on time for the entire project to be completed on time. *Note: You can see a Gantt view link only for projects where there is at least one task.
