Troubleshooting Be sure that you have installed the latest version of the OpenAir Projects Connector, thus ensuring that you will have up-to-date access to the most recent enhancements, fixes, and features. You can download the latest version by going to the My Account > Exchange > Add-on Services tab. If you are still experiencing difficulties with using the OpenAir Projects Connector, please collect the following information from your system prior to contacting Customer Support in order to expedite the resolution of your issue: 1. The version of Microsoft® Project you are using. 2. If it's an import problem, please send us the file you are trying to import. 3. Please send us the log file from the Projects Connector. The log file is usually found in C:\Program files\OpenAir\ProjectsConnector, and is called OpenAirProject.log. (If it's a large file, please zip it up and attach it to an email.) Our Support staff and engineers will work with you to find a solution to your problem.
