Account > Attribute sets
(Used in Resources module only)
.
Attribute sets establish the rating criteria that can be applied to different resource profiles. For example, a skill-related profile might have an attribute set that uses an "expertise" rating (e.g. beginner, intermediate ...). Attribute sets are most useful for custom resource searches.
.
To create a new Attribute set:
.
1. Click on the Account tab.
.
2. Click on the "Create..." drop-down menu and select "Attribute set."
.
3. Enter the name of the Attribute set you want to add.
.
4. Enter the list of Attribute values that are relevant to this Attribute set. Only one value should be entered per line.
.
5. Enter any desired notes, and click on "Save."
.
To modify an Attribute set:<

2. Click on the "Attribute sets" link.
.
3. Click on the name of the Attribute set you want to change.

5. Click on "Save."
.
To delete an Attribute set:
.
1. Click on the Account tab.
.
2. Click on the "Attribute sets" link.
.
3. Click on the name of the Attribute set you want to delete.
.
4. Click on the "Delete" button in the "Edit - [Name of skill]" dialog.
.
Note: You cannot delete an Attribute set that has been used for a custom profile (and the "Delete" button will not show up on the bottom of the "Edit - Name of Attribute set]" dialog).
.
To associate an Attribute set with a resource profile type:
.
1. Click on the Resources tab.
.
2. Click on the Options tab on the right.

4. For each profile type, select the desired Attribute Set from the "Attribute set" dropdown. Attribute sets are optional.
.
To select an Attribute level for a resource profile :
.
1. Click on the Resources tab.
.
2. Select a resource from the Resources list.
.
3. Click on the Profile link.
.
4. Select one of the listed profiles. If there is an attribute set associated with the profile type, there will be a dropdown on the Edit skill profile form, allowing you to select an attribute level. Attribute levels are optional.
