You can create generic resources. See Account > Generic Resources for more information. Also, please note that inactive and guest users cannot be used as resources. Go back to Resources FAQ Index Bookings tab How do I set up my company schedule? The company schedule will affect the hours scheduled for each resource. To set up your company schedule, you must have administrative privileges. Go the the My Account module, and select the Company > Schedule tab. You can set the default work days for your company, as well as the number of work hours per day. You can then create any exceptions to this schedule that you need, such as holidays.
