About the Timesheets module Updated 17 September 2001 The Timesheets module is where you keep track of your time for internal record-keeping and billing purposes. Account tab Users with access to the Account tab can add and track clients, projects and module-specific entities. All modules include the Account tab, and all entities within the Account tab are potentially accessible in all modules. Please note, however, that users with account tab access may not have permission to view and/or modify certain account entities. Timesheets tab The Timesheets tab is where users' timesheets are created, accessed, edited, billed, and archived. Payroll tab The Payroll tab contains the interface between OpenAir.com and either the Ceridian Powerpay payroll application or the Paychex application. Alerts tab The Alerts tab allows you to create Late timesheet and Overdue approval alerts to ensure that your users' billable hours are reported in a timely fashion. Reports tab
