OpenAir Announces Industry Leading
Management Dashboard

“Three displays in one” provides instant visibility
into key business metrics

Boston, MA (January 31, 2005)—OpenAir, the leading professional services automation (PSA) software provider, today announced the release of a new management dashboard. The OpenAir dashboard has quickly advanced to industry leading status as it provides the most comprehensive and in-depth management reporting available on the market today.

With “three displays in one,” the dashboard provides instant visibility into key business metrics.

The new dashboard is available beginning with this month’s release to both current and new customers.

The Overview subtab shows the information displayed on the current dashboard, such as account message board, reminders, user transactions and their status, as well as custom defined information critical to the company.

The new Graphs subtab allows administrators and users with the required role privileges to display graphs depicting billings by period, utilization (booked and historical), and revenue percentages by client, project and user.

The Calendar subtab of the dashboard enables administrators and managers to view the calendar for any user in the account. This gives a quick and convenient way to check on whether a resource has already been scheduled or is available for booking or assignment.

Some of the other features announced this month include:
> Enhanced project management functionality, including the ability to forecast income from bookings or assignments using rates from billing rules as well as task grid enhancements and other user-friendly improvements.
> Improved timesheet UI, including one click “save and submit” features as well as other customer requested improvements.
> New and improved invoicing features, including advanced roll up functionality and retainer draw date enhancements.
