OpenAir Appoints Edward Marshall to Vice President of Operations
Boston, MA (April 18, 2002) OpenAir, the professional services automation (PSA)
software provider, today announced that Edward Marshall has been promoted to Vice President of Operations.
In his new role, Ed will be directing OpenAir’s product development and sales operations organizations.

Before joining OpenAir, Ed advised Fortune 500 companies as a business consultant at Bain & Company.
Prior to Bain, Ed served as a distinguished engineer at General Electric with responsibilities in the area of Product Design,
Manufacturing, and Marketing. While at GE, Ed was awarded multiple patents for his work on product development.
Ed received an Sc.B. in engineering from Brown University, an M.S. in engineering from Rensselaer
Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
