OpenAir CEO Morris Panner, Thought Leader in Professional Services Automation Joins Metricstream to Discuss Growing a Profitable Services Business at Technology Services World (TSW) in Santa Clara

The session is scheduled for May 5th from 11:30AM - 12:30 PT at the Santa Clara Convention Center. The event will be attended by high-profile technology companies including BMC Software, Hewlett Packard, Symantec, Sun Microsystems, Xerox and EMC.
This session will focus on how MetricStream was able to transform its business model for its services organization during the recent economic downturn from a break-even cost center to a profitable, high growth business unit. To accomplish this goal, MetricStream's Professional Services organization focused on generating profits and growth for the long run, with 30% of the top-line growth from international accounts and 80% of its services delivered by off shore resources.
