OpenAir Supports PDA Users By Offering Palm Computing® Companion Program

Boston (July 26, 2000) - OpenAir, the leader in Web-native professional services automation, today announced the availability of OpenAir for the Palm Computing® platform, a fully integrated companion program that enables OpenAir users to log time and expenses while disconnected from the Web and the www.openair.com Web site. Users can then move the data entered into their Palm®-compatible device into their OpenAir account using HotSync® the next time they connect to the Web and their OpenAir account. Frequent travelers and business professionals on the run will benefit the most from this valuable feature, as they can work on their administrative tasks when it is most convenient for them, without having to be connected to the Internet.

OpenAir for the Palm Computing® platform is compatible with Palm® or Handspring® devices and uses the HotSync® feature of a PDA. It requires a Palm OS® 2.0 compatible device and Microsoft Windows 95/98/NT/2000.

Currently, the entire suite of OpenAir services, including the OpenAir for the Palm Computing“ platform feature, is free for the first user in an account and each additional user pays only $9.95 per month.
