OpenAir Customer Support provides three levels of support to best fit your needs:

Silver Support

OpenAir's Silver Support offers an essential level of customer support for your organization. Specifically it provides:
  • Online support: 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. in your local time zone, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
  • Unlimited number of cases
  • 2-4 hour call-back response

Gold Support

OpenAir's Gold Support provides a number of best-in-class services and benefits designed to ensure your company's success. All Gold support services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Specifically, it includes all the benefits of Silver Support, plus:
  • Toll-free call center
  • Priority call routing
  • 24/7 telephone support

Platinum Support

OpenAir's highest level of premium customer support is provided through our Platinum offering. We are committed to providing the continuity you need to ensure that your OpenAir solution meets your business needs - 24/7. Specifically, this program includes all the benefits of Gold Support, plus:
  • Dedicated Customer Support Representative during normal business hours
  • Support representative access to your account with express, written approval for hands-on trouble shooting
